Cooking Instructions

Wash well bitter guards then cut into thin slices.
- 2
Take gram flour in a bowl then add rice flour, chilli powder, chat masala and salt mix well then add curd & little amount of water make a thick batter.
- 3
Add bitter guard slices to the batter.
- 4
Heat oil in a pan add batter-dipped bitter guard slices to hot oil & fry them till crisp.
- 5
Now take fritters in a tissue paper sprinkle some black salt & chat masala then serve as a side dish or as a teatime snack.
