  1. 1 bowlspinach
  2. 1 tablespoongram flour
  3. 3 tspgarlic, green chili paste
  4. 1 bowldahi (sour)
  5. leavesCurry

    Blanch spinach and make paste of it

  2. 2

    Take dahi(youghurt) add little water and make easy consistency. Add gram flour to spinach padte

  3. 3

    Now heat Pan,add oil to it add curry leaves, cumin seeds and garlic and green chillies paste.saute it till aroma comes out.

    Now add spinach paste cook two minutes then add dahi to it add water and adjust consistency.give it nice boil

  5. 5

    Add salt and mix well.here again you can add dry chilli tadka but I prefer like this as it gives perfect flavour of spinach and dahi.tastes yum. serve with stem rice or jeera rice and salad
