Peel the potatoes and cut them length wise and keep them in water.

Take potatoes in a pan add water (4 cups) and 2 tsp of salt. Heat it in medium till boiling. After boil cook it for 5 minutes in low flame. turn off the flame and strain the potatoes

Transfer the potatoes into a bowl. add 1 tbsp of all purpose flour and 1 tbsp of rice flour.

In a different bowl add 1/4th cup of all-purpose flour. and 1.4th cup of rice flour. 1/2 tsp salt. keep adding water to make a thick batter.

Add potatoes to the batter

Deep fry the potatoes in medium flame. After they are slightly golden take them out in a plate. Heat the flame to high temprature. And fry potatoes again for 1 minute.

Roast 1 tbsp of seaseme seeds in low flame till they pop

Heat up a wok and add oil to it. Heat the oil. Add chopped garlic to the wok. Add slit green chilies. Add 1 tsp of raw sesame seeds.

Add sliced onions and capsicum to the wok. cook them in high heat for a minute

Once the veggies are done. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp sugar. t tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp red chili sauce. Mix everything together and cook it in high heat for a minute. then add 1 tbsp ketchup and black pepper powder (1/3 tsp).

Add 1/2 cup water and bring it to boil.

Prepare a corn starch slurry using 1 tbsp of corn flour and 3 tsp of water. Keep on adding the slurry to the wok. 1tsp at a time till you get the desired consistency.

Turn the flame off, add 2-3 tbsp of honey. add the potatoes and git it a proper mix.

Garnish with spring onions, seaseme seeds, and chilli flakes, serve fresh.
