Cooking Instructions

Combine broth and seasonings and simmer for 30 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings to taste.

Heat meatballs to proper internal temperature and add to broth.
- 3
Add the cauliflower gnocchi and spinach to broth and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.

Seen this recipe on social media, I didn’t know that this is a thing lol! I had some leftover meatballs from my meatball pizza, so I thought I’d give this a try something different other than meatball subs or in a pasta... plus there’s is veggies in this for the kids.... good for soup and salad night (everyone seemed to like it and asked for me. I didn’t think this would be a hit in my house hold , but it was I had none left, I was surprised.) I added some seasoning not in the recipe I do recommend using your favorite seasoning. 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈
