Ingredients

  1. 8 cupsbone broth or chicken broth
  2. 32 ozfrozen meatballs
  3. 12 ozbag of Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi
  4. 3 cupsfresh kale chopped
  5. 1 teaspoonTrader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute
  6. 1 teaspoon of salt
  7. 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  8. 1 teaspoonblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Combine broth and seasonings and simmer for 30 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings to taste.

    Heat meatballs to proper internal temperature and add to broth.

  3. 3

    Add the cauliflower gnocchi and spinach to broth and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
