  1. 1 cupgreen gram
  2. 1big onion
  3. 1carrot
  4. 1lemon
  5. 1 tspoon jeera (optional)
  6. as neededSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Soak green gram for 6 hours.after six hourse drain the water

  2. 2

    Keep the green gram in a hot pack and close tightly and leave it for 6 to 8 hours

  3. 3

    After 8 hours open the hot pack,you can see sprouted green gram.Add finely chopped onion,carrot.sprinkle salt and pepper,jeera powder,squeeze lemon mix well and serve the healthy snack
