Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and curry leaves.

Next add sliced onions fry till it is cooked half changes colour turn pink.Add chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt and coriander leaves.Mix every thing well and close the lid and cook 5 to 6 mins.

Serve with chapati or rice. It's delicious side dish.
