Pressure cook the potatoes for 2 whistles (4 whistles for regular size potatoes) with skin on. after 2 whistles lower the flame and simmer for few minutes

After pressure settles down, take a potatoes on a flat surface. Press a potato with palm and make it flattened Patty shape. (Don't remove peels)

Now take a bowl and add 4 tbsp cornflour, 2tbs all-purpose flour, salt, and water. Make a thin batter for coating the potatoes.

Shallow fry the potatoes in medium flame.Till they are golden in color.

In a bowl take 3/4th cup of mayonnaise. Add 1 tsp of chili flakes. 1/2 tsp of mixed herbs, 1 tsp of onion powder. 3 tsp of garlic powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1 tsp of paprika powder.

Add half the quantity of milk (3/8th cup). Add 1/2 tsp of lemon juice.

Now plate the potatoes in a plate and coat it with the Cajun sauce.
