For tuwo, wash rice nd pour in a large pot. Add water as required. You can add hot water if its not enough. And when the water is much and the rice is well cooked, you can add semovita or flour to make it thick.

When the rice is cooked completely, use turning stick to stir well. Pour out in a nylon and keep aside.

For the soup, boil the meat with seasoning and onion.

In a pot, add palm oil, grinded onion and scotch bonnets stir fry for 2mins then add the meat with the stock. Add water required. Add seasoning and daddawa. Let it cook for 30mins

After 30mins, remove the meat, gently pour kuka use whisk to turn it till its thick. Add the meat and let it cook for 2mins
