Salt Crackers are crunchy and salty and light biscuits. Try this recipe to make the perfect salt crakers.

Take ½ Cup of lukewarm Water and add 1.5 tsp of yeast and mix well.

Now in a bowl take 1½ cup of all-purpose flour and add ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, ¾ tsp baking soda, 4 tbsp oil, and add the yeast mixture and knead until smooth and keep aside for an hour.

After 1-hour roll out thin dough and cut in the desired shape and place on a greased baking pan.

Now bake for 10-12 mins at 180°C (302°F) and remove from oven and sprinkle 1 tsp Salt and mix among all biscuits, serve and enjoy.
