  • 3/4 cupdiced canned beets
  • 1 cupshredded carrots
  • 1/2 cupfrozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cupfrozen blueberries
  • 5frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cupnut milk of choice
  • 1/2serving of vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tbspground flax seeds
  • 1 tbspmaple syrup
  • Dashvanilla extract
  • Dashsweetener of choice
  • 1 cupwater
  • A fewraspberries (optional)

    Rinse the beets under warm water to get some of the more flavorful juices off

  2. 2

    Put beets, shredded carrots, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries and water into the blender and blend on extraction, or smoothie mode

  3. 3

    Add ground flax seed, protein powder, and nut milk and blend with a dash of vanilla and sweetener to taste

  4. 4

    Pour into a cup and drop maple syrup into it without mixing, adding optional raspberries, peanuts, unsweetened coconut flakes, honey, etc

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
