Serve wheat flour and maida flour in bowl.

Mix rava, baking soda and salt with the floor.

In another bowl beat sugar and butter very nicely.

Add cardamom powder and again whisk it.

Now add the dry ingredients to the butter, then prepare dough.

Cover and keep the dough for five minutes.

Prepare small round balls.

In heavy bottom pan, add salt and pre heat for five minutes.

Grease a plate or baking tray, place the prepared balls and put cherries on the top.

Baking it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Delicious homemade nankhatai is ready to eat.
