Coconut gulkand balls

Coconut contains minerals especially manganese which is good for bones
Steps

Grease a heavy bottom pan to prevent sticking. Take ghee and coconut stir well and roast it for 5 minutes. Add paneer and mix it well. Stir continuously for 5 more minutes. Add milk and condensed milk and stir well. Keep stirring untill it turned into shaggy dough. Add gulkand and mix it.

Stir continuously until it becomes like a thick paste. Let it get cool sometimes. Make balls roll it in powder coconut. Can store it for 3-4 days
