This is my variation of "Brassoi", very tasty and easy to make. #MyCookbook

Mix meat, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and transfer into a baking dish sprinkle with olive oil and add 1/2 cup of water. Cover with foil and bake until almost soft. Stir in chopped tomatoes, marjoram, green pepper and peas. Continue baking until everything is cooked through.

In the meantime cut potatoes and boil until half cooked, then fry in hot oil.

Arrange fried potatoes around the plate and place meat in the middle. Enjoy.
