Special batata poha

Wash the poha in a colander. Mix sugar and salt and toss poha.

Put the pan on medium high flame and pour the oil in it. When the oil is hot firstly fry the potato at medium high flame till golden brown. Take out fried potato in separate bowl and add a pinch of black pepper powder, and a pinch of salt on it and toss well. Keep them aside.

In a same pan take oil and put mustard seeds and let it crackle then add half chopped onion, dried red chillies, green chillies, curry leaves and fry till onion turns golden brown. Turn off the flame.

Now mix poha in it and steam it for five minutes.

Now serve poha in a bowl and mix lemon. Now add chopped tomato, fried potato, coriander leaves, jeeravan and finely chopped onion. And serve with spicy sev.
