Mix aata, besan, ghiya and all other spices together with the help of little water.

And keep aside a dough for 10mins.

After 10mins, with the help of oil, make cylindrical shape of dough.

Put it in the steamer, and allow it to steam for 20mins.

After 20mins, switch off the gas..and allow muthiya to cool down.

After it cool down, cut muthiya into small pieces.

Take a pan, heat some oil in it. Add rai, neem leaves, white til, green chillies in it. As they start to roast add Muthiya in it and roast it for some time.

Serve hot with green chutney.
