GUAVA JUICE | HOMEMADE GUAVA SMOOTHIE

GUAVA JUICE | HOMEMADE GUAVA SMOOTHIE
Steps
- 1
Wash the fruits.
- 2
Remove both the end points of the fruits and chop them into small pieces for easy blending.
- 3
Into a blender add the sliced-up guavas to the MAX height.
- 4
Add sugar depending on the ripeness of the fruits (3/4 cups of sugar plus or minus).
- 5
Add water to be the same level as guavas or a little bit more by just a centimetre.
- 6
Blend for exactly 30 seconds to avoid the seeds getting grounded and this might make the juice have a tiny grit that have a sand like feel to them.
- 7
Pour on a sieve and use a spoon to separate the guava juice from the pulp.
- 8
Store in the fridge for a few hours and then serve.
