Steps

Saute garlic in oil add chicken.
Add soya sauce,red chilli powder, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and chopped green chilli. - 2
Add chicken powder,
Cook on high flame till all water dries and qeema is cooked. - 3
Add chopped onions in chicken Qeema and mayonnaise. Mix well. Now filling is ready.keep aside.

Kneading :
Take a bowl and mix flour with yeast, dry milk powder, Salt, sugar and mix. - 5
Now add egg and oil.
Knead with slightly warm water.
Make a dough. Spread little oil and cover in air tight box for an hour for first proofing. - 6
After an hour again punch the dough and keep for an 1/2 an hour for second proofing.

Now the dough is ready for all types of buns.
I have made bunnies and so many other shape.

Make small balls with the dough.
You have to put Qeema in the dough and make a shape of bunny.
spread egg with brush to get good colour on buns. - 9
Cook in pre heated oven for 12 - 15 minutes depends on you oven temperature.
Decorate and serve with sauces. - 10
Enjoyy varieties of different shapes of buns.
