Sweet and sour pork ribs are tender, aromatic, and flavorful, with a perfect balance of sweet and sour that you'll never get tired of. 💢 Adding an egg to the ribs helps create a fluffy texture and allows the ribs to adhere to the cornstarch coating. 💢 Coating the ribs with a thin layer of cornstarch helps them absorb the seasoning and prevents them from drying out after stir-frying.
