Cut the veg thinly then wash,i washed after because I didn’t want any tomato seed in my baji

Add chopped garlic along with sliced onion cook until onion changes colour

Add turmeric powder and sliced green chilli,mix and cook for a min(btw i didn’t have any green chilli so added some chilli powder,chilli flakes will be fine too

Then add the veg mix well,cover and cook for further 5min

If the veg is done by the time add cumin powder if available or add chopped coriander,
