Firstly in warm water add oats soak it for about an hour

Besides start boiling chicken adding salt & ginger garlic paste then once it is warm shred it thinly set aside

Fry the chopped onions to golden brown

Furthermore we will make a instant Khorma that is in a wok add in oil then add paste of almonds & coconut powder the add in the spices sauté till for few minutes then add curd

Once the gravy is ready add the shredded chicken boil for few minutes then off the flame burner

Now take the soaked oats set it on stove add salt, black pepper powder then keep stirring & let it boil till it comes to thickness then off the stove

Now using a dal ghotni add the prepared khorma in intervals then mix it in circular motion gradually do it till you mix all khorma

Lastly set it on stove on low flame let it boil check for the spices according to your taste then garnish it with ghee, fried onions, lime juice & sliced lemon, salad serve it hot.enjoy the delicious daleem @ comfort of our sweet home..!

Tip of the day: do not shred the chicken more it must be bite size chunks in between while eating. The other thing is while you soak oats add water accordingly for cooking it further if you want to wash it then slowly remove the first wash water then soak it if oats are 1 cup add 2 cups of water.
