Ingredients

  1. FOR STUFFING
  2. 250 gmpotato boiled and peeled and mashed
  3. 2green chillies finely chopped
  4. 1 tbspcoriander leaves finely chopped
  5. 1 tbsppudina(mint) leaves finely chopped
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1/2 cupmozzarella cheese
  8. 1 tspchilli flakes
  9. 2 tbspOil
  10. 1 tspdry mango powder / amchur powder
  11. FOR CHAPATI / PARATHA DOUGH
  12. 1 cupwhole wheat flour / atta
  13. 1 cupMaida /All -purpose flour
  14. 1 glass milk
  15. as neededwater
  16. 1/4 cupwheat flour for dusting
  17. FOR ROASTING PARATHA
  18. as neededghee or oil

Steps

30 minute
  1. 1

    Firstly, in a large mixing bowl, mash boiled potato

    Also add in bowl wheat flour and maida and mix well.

    also add finely chopped coriander and pudina leave

    furthermore, add all the spices and salt to taste and mix well.

    CHAPATHI / PARATHA DOUGH

    also add milk and knead till the dough is non sticky, soft and smooth.

    furthermore, grease the dough with a tsp of oil and cover with moist cloth and rest for at least 10 minutes.

    ASSEMBLING AND ROLLING CHEESE ALOO PARATHA RECIPE:

    firstly, pinch a medium sized ball dough, and roll it in a circle of about 5 to 5.5 inches in diameter.

    place the prepared cheese stuffing in the center.

    take the edge and start pleating bringing to center.

    sprinkle some flour and roll to of a chapati size

  4. 4

    ROASTING PARATHA RECIPE:

    firstly, place the rolled paratha.

    when the base is partly cooked, flip the paratha.

    furthermore, add more oil / ghee and roast both sides.

    finally, serve hot cheese parathas
