Marinate whole chicken with yoghurt, red chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, white pepper, lemon juice,chicken powder and yellow food color.

Leave it for 3 to 4 hours or over night.

Tie chicken legs and whole chicken with thread to deep fry

In a deep saucepan heat oil. Fill it half for deep fry chicken. Flame should be medium

Fry chargah from both sides 15 mint each side.

When it is done. Take out chargah in a dish and remove thread

After this. Take 1 fry pan and add 2 table spoon of oil. Heat oil then add 2 tomatoes, chat masala vinegar and shan tandoori masala, fry tomatoes untill it's done for gravy

Pour this gravy on top of chargah, sprinkle some chat masala if you want

Serve it with fries and puri paratha 😊
