First, cut the paneer into pieces. Add a little salt, black pepper, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and ginger-garlic paste. Mix well to coat the paneer evenly.

When the oil is hot, fry the paneer pieces one by one until golden brown.

Fry the onions and bell peppers as well.

In another pan, sauté the chopped ginger, garlic, and green chili. Add the fried paneer, bell peppers, onions, vinegar, soy sauce, and tomato ketchup. Stir for 1-2 minutes to combine everything well.

Your Chilli Paneer is ready to serve.
