Ingredients

100 gramsboiled peanuts
1 cupboiled sweet corn kernels
1chopped cucumber
1chopped Onion
2chopped tomatoes
Handfulfresh coriander leaves
1lemon juice
2 tbsp grated carrots
1 tsp green chutney
1 tbsp sweet chutney or tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp black salt

Steps

Remove skin from peanuts.

Mix all masalas,salads.toss well
3

Serve protien rich salad.
