Curd potato paratha
Steps

First add salt to flour and adding required water make soft dough and add 1 tsp oil to the dough. Keep aside covering with lids

Add 1 tbsp oil to pan. Let it hot and add ginger to the oil. Add green chillies. Saute. Add boiled and smashed potato. Add salt. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add black pepper powder and chat masala. Mix. Let the stuffing cool. Add curd and coriander leaves and mix well.

Make balls from the dough and stuff with potato mixture and close it well. Roll on adding flour to make paratha

Add little bit oil to tawa. Let it hot. Add paratha and fry both side till golden brown. Serve hot.
