Firstly in a large bowl take rava, flour, curd and salt mix well,combine beetroot, carrot,green chilli, curry leaves, coriander and mixwell till smooth without any lumps.

Cover and let batter rest for 10-15mins. After 15mins add cooking soda and mix the batter very well.

Heat the tawa, spread some oil on the tawa and pour the dosa batter. Cook on a medium flame. Make one by one and serve with any coconut chutney,podi or samber of your choice. Thank you
