First, heat up the ghee and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Then beat until colour change.

Then add powder sugar.

And beat thoroughly.

Until becomes thick and creamy.

Add eggs and beat on high speed.

Add cake flour and beat on low speed or mix with spatula.

Add crushed almonds, baking powder and vanilla extract.

And mix gently.

Pour it into a lineup cake mold.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. (temprature 180c)

Cutt on top with sharp knife and flip it out.

Mix jam and water and apply on top.

Set crushed sugar puff on top.

Apply jam and almonds too.
