  • 1 can (540 mL)chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cuptahini
  • 6 tablespoonswater
  • 2 tablespoonslemon juice
  • 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoonswhite vinegar
  • Ground cumin
  • 1little garlic glove
  • Salt (around 1/2 teaspoon)
