Wash and grind chicken pieces with salt and turmeric powder

Dry roast oats, and mix with chicken paste

Add all the other ingredients, mix throughly and keep for 20min

Take a desire size ball and make shape, dip it in beaten egg

Keep a pan, pour oil, and fry the patties by batch in medium flame until golden brown

Serve with hot and sour dip
