Take idli batter and add water to it and keep little thick batter.
Heat Dhosa pan. - 2
Put batter on it and spread it little.
Mix all the ingredients together.
And spread it on uttapam.
Drizzle with butter and let it cook for a minute. - 3
Now flip it another side and again cook for 1 minute.
Take it out on a plate and sprinkle chat masala on it.
Serve it with green chutney or coconut chutney
