Have you ever had cheesecake in smoothie form? Just as good, if not better. Plus its not too rich unless you like it that way. Perfect for hot summer days. Or days when your just craving cheesecake but don't have the time to bake one.

Have you ever had cheesecake in smoothie form? Just as good, if not better. Plus its not too rich unless you like it that way. Perfect for hot summer days. Or days when your just craving cheesecake but don't have the time to bake one.

In a blender add all the ingredients together and make sure to blend well. Some blenders may need each ingredient added one at a time. You know your blender best.

After everything has been blended make sure to do a quick taste test (to see if you need to add more honey for your liking).

If you needed to add more honey make sure you blend the mixture well again. Remember you can always add more honey but cannot take away.

For a thinner smoothie, add more milk (rather that be regular or almond). Note that adding more liquid will most likely make more servings.

You may serve right away if desired. However, for maximum flavor I recommend chilling it in the fridge for at least an hour.

When your going to serve the smoothie feel free to add the optional toppings (whipped cream, freshly sliced strawberries, and/ or graham cracker crumbs).
