Wash Palak or spinach well. Take a pot put in it water and Palak cook it for 10 minutes. Remove Palak only from water and put it on cold water take back to mixer jar add ginger garlic and green chilli make smooth paste.

Heat a pan add oil, bayleaf, cinnamon,cloves,jeera, kasuri meethi, cardamom fry it.

Add onion and Tamoto fry it till soft add the mixture of Palak stir it for 10 minutes add kasuri meethi, fresh cream, garam masala, salt mix it.

Finally cut and roasted panner add to this cook for 5 minutes Palak paneer is ready to eat.

Serve with chapati, paratha, poori taste yummy.
