Add salt in the wheat flour.Add water and make a nice dough.

Cut the couliflour.Clean it nicely.Boil it in water to kill germs if any.

Give a nice boil and wash it 2-3 times. Grate it with a kasni.

Add the masalas. Give it a nice mix. Keep aside. Wait for sometime or use a cloth to soak the water and then add the masala.

Keep the tawa in the gas and turn it on. Make two small balls of the dough. Gently roll them separately.

Two one side apply ghee or butter. Then place Gobhi filling.Cover with another layer. Press the boundary gently.

Roll out the paratha with a soft hand. Apply ghee on the tawa. Place the paratha on the tawa. Let it cook in medium flame.

The paratha cooks on medium flame. Turn to another side. Apply ghee.press nicely with a jhariya

See how beautifully the paratha gets cooked.

Take dahi in a bowl.add sugar and black pepper to it. Serve hot.
