Take a bowl and mix all the ingredinets except of filling and make a semi-soft dough.

Divide dough into 6 portion and make balls from the dough and roll chapathi, now apply ghee then add 1 tbsp of sugar and fold all sides and roll chapathi.

Heatup a pan and cook paratha from both side by applying ghee.Serve hot.
