Ingredients

15 minuted
2 persons
  • 100 mldark chocolate compound
  • 1egg
  • 50grm butter
  • 50grm cocoa powder
  • 50grm plain flour
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 50grm jaggery

Steps

15 minuted
  1. 1

    Melt chocolate compound and put it aside

  2. 2

    Add egg cocoa powder, plain flour, baking powder, baking soda and pinch of salt and mix it well adding melted chocolate compound

  3. 3

    Then pour the mixture in the silicon muffin moulds topping with chocolate chips and put them in preheated oven on 180°for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Serve hot with ice-cream
