Steps

Remove methi leaves from stems and rinse and chopped roughly.

In a pan add 1 cup water and add methi leaves a with pinch of salt. Boil for 1 minute. Drain it and keep aside.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add cinnamon, cardmon and bay leaf.

When crackle add onion, cashew and tomatoes. Add green chilli. Saute for 2-3 minutes.

Remove pan from heat. Let it cool. Tranfer the mixture in blender jar.

Blend to a smooth paste.

In the same pan add oil and prepared paste. Saute for few minutes and add salt garam masala and dhania powder.

Now add boiled peas and methi leaves.

Cook for 2 -3 minutes and add cream. Mix and cover and simmer for 2 -3 minutes.

Serve hot with roti or nan.
