Vegetable & Cheese Omelette

Steps

Chop all the required vegetables

Break 2 eggs in a bowl and add half spoon of vegetables each. Add pinch of salt and pepper and mix well

Heat the Pan and add 1 spoon of oil. When the pan is hot add the egg batter. leave the pan covered for 4 minutes.

Once the Omelette has cooked half, spread the grated cheese. And leave the pan covered for few more minutes.

Serve the Omelette with slice of toasted bread.

Repeat the same process for rest of the 2 eggs.
