Steps

In a medium sized bowl take chestnut flour and other dry spices and mix well.

Now slowly add water/milk and beat all together to make a smooth batter.

Into a batter add sliced banana and chopped Spinach leaves and mix well.

Drop fritter batter by spoonfuls into the hot oil, and fry until golden and take out on absorbent paper.
- 5
Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
