My husband loves posto. Little different from regular posto curry. Aswame taste also.
Steps

Cut potato and Lau shake /bottle gourd leaf and data into small pieces

Paste posto with green chili
- 3
Take a karahi, add oil and give potato into the karahi and stir it.

After that add lau shake and stem and add salt and mixed it properly
- 5
Cover it for 10 minutes. Water removed from shake will help to cook all potato and stem also
- 6
After properly cooking add little oil and add posto. Cook for few minutes and serve it with rice
