  1. ForSatay--
  2. 7Babycorns ,washed
  3. 1/4 cupcoconut milk
  4. as requiredLemongrass
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli paste
  6. 1lime juice
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1” ginger chopped
  9. 1-2garlic cloves chopped
  10. 1 tspbrown sugar
  11. as per tasteSalt
  12. 7bamboo skewers
  13. ForSatay Sauce--
  14. 1/4 cupPeanut butter
  15. 2 tbspsoya sauce
  16. 1lime juice
  17. As per taste Salt

Steps

Preparation time-1hr10mins Cooking time-15 mins
  1. 1

    Wash the baby corns and set aside.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add coconut milk, lemongrass, salt, lime juice, brown sugar, red chilli paste, turmeric powder, chopped ginger, chopped garlic and set aside for 1 hour

    Insert the Babycorn into the skewers. Marinate the Babycorn with the prepared mix and set aside.

    Grill the Babycorn and set aside

  5. 5

    For the Satay sauce - in a bowl add peanut butter, soya sauce, lime juice, salt, and the left over marination

    Garnish and dip the Babycorn into the Sauce and enjoy a lip smacking street food at the comfort of your home
