Steps

Boil potatoes, black chana and corn in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles.

Take a big vessel and add chopped onion, chilies, boiled potatoes, black chana, corn chopped tomatoes and all other ingredients like murmure and sev and chivda.

Give a nice stir and add chilli powder, chat masala and salt to it. Mix well.

Now add ketchup to the mixture and mix well.Your healthy bhel is ready.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
