Cooking Instructions

Slice the tempeh into thin strips. Prepare the peanuts. Then fry until the tempeh is crispy and the peanuts are cooked.

Prepare all ingredients and spices.

Grind all the spice paste ingredients. Then sauté with a little oil. Add all the additional ingredients (kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, and galangal). Sauté until fragrant.

Add the palm sugar and water. Then add salt, sugar, and mushroom broth powder. Stir until thickened. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Add the tempeh and peanuts. Stir until well combined and the flavors are absorbed. Turn off the heat.
