Ingredients

  2. 3 tablespoonspeanuts
  3. 2 piecespalm sugar (shaved)
  4. 3 tablespoonswater
  5. as neededOil for sautéing,
  6. Salt, sugar, and mushroom broth powder, to taste
  7. Additional ingredients:
  8. 3kaffir lime leaves (sliced)
  9. 1 1/4-inch piece galangal (smashed)
  10. 1 stalklemongrass (smashed)
  11. Spice paste:
  12. 5shallots
  13. 2 clovesgarlic
  14. 3curly red chilies
  15. 8bird's eye chilies

    Slice the tempeh into thin strips. Prepare the peanuts. Then fry until the tempeh is crispy and the peanuts are cooked.
