  • 1 tspsalt
  • 30 grpalm sugar
  • Spices
  • 1large red chilli
  • 2small chilies
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 3shallots

    Preparing all ingredients and spices

    Grinding spices till become paste. Except bay leaf,galanga and tamarind.

    Fried the tempe till crispy

    Saute spices with oil until fragrant. Add water stirring till reduced. Add tempe mixing all together.
