First boil milk wit add sugar,cardamom n a pinch of colour. When done put it on slow flame.let it simmer.

Now form small balls or flat disc acc to ur wish.i made 14 u can make more small.now put in hot milk n let it cook for 5 to 10 mins.pls stir gently with a small spoon once.as it get fluffy remove in serving dish.

Now take a bowl add put milk pwd n baking powder mix then add egg n oil n form a sticky dough.do not over mix.pic3 batter.

Now chill it at least 4 hours n ur delicious RASMALAI ready.
