  • 1tspn corn
  • 1tspn paneer Cubs (finally chopped)
  • black papper
  • to tasteSalt

    Heat milk in a pot.Allow it to boli

    Add lime juice. Off the stove and cover it.let it set for 5 mins. Paneer will be released. Strain it.

    Paneer can be used to cook paneer paratha paneer bhurji* check out my recipes)etc.tansfer paneer stalk in a pot

    Add salt, black, papper,corn and paneer cubs. Boil it for 1 min. Add chopped corriender.your healthy soup is ready to serve.

    You can add chopped carrots, capsicum and green peas(optional)
