Dough: mix flour with other ingredients and knead until dough is well formed.

Cover them with kitchen towel, set them aside,and let rest for approximately 1 hour.

Filling preparation:
wash and chop swiss chard finely.

In a suitable bowl, mix onion, semac, and cayenne pepper, rub and squeeze well with hand.

In an another bowl, put swiss chard, add salt and rub well

Mix onion mixture and swiss chard, pour oil and lemon juice. Then mix them altogether.

Strain the filling to get rid of liquids.

Pastry triangles preparation:
cut dough into equal balls.

Roll each ball to have round shape.

Fold the dough in half, lengthwise and place ⅓ cup Swiss chard filling on the end closest to you. Fold over the filling, lift the corner and place it on the opposite edge to form a triangle.

Transfer to a baking tray.

Bake in preheated oven on 180° until they become goldish in color.
