Heat oil add onions, tomatoes, garlic paste

Cover it allow it to cook on low flame for 10 minutes

When the onion is light brown and the tomatoes are cooked, add chicken, yogurt and biryani masala

On a medium flame, cook until the yogurt is disappear, the chicken is light brown and the oil is seen at the sides of the pan. The batter is ready

Take another bowl, add water, zeera and salt

Bring it to boil and then add soaked rice in it

Keep it boiling until the rice are cooked

Sieve the water

Now in a big bowl the layers of the biryani is to be prepared

1st make a layer of the mixture and on it add a little dhania and podina

Then make a layer of rice

Then again batter layer, then rice and on the top add boiled eggs and crispy onions if you like

Cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes on very very low flame

Delicious and spicy chicken biryani is ready to be served with salad and raita ☺️☺️
