Ingredients

15minutes
2 people
  1. 4eggs
  2. 3 tspoil
  3. 1 cupchopped onion
  4. 1chopped green chilli
  5. 1 tspCorriader leaves(optional)
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspCoriander powder
  8. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspCumin seeds

Steps

15minutes
  1. 1

    Take a glass/bowl beat two eggs.

    Add onion, green chilli, coriander, salt, red chilli powder and mix them well

    Put 1spoon of oil on a pre heated pan.. Add cumin seeds and pour the batter on it..

    Put a slice of bread and turn it around so that egg will stick on both the sides of bread..

    Now cook it on medium flame..when the base firms up flip it to the other side and cook till done.

    Serve it hot with ketchup.
