Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswheat flour
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 3/4 tspbaking soda
  4. 2ripened bananas
  5. as neededoil for frying
  6. 1 tspCumin Seeds
  7. to tastejaggery

Cooking Instructions

    Grind jaggery,BANANA and curd in mixer, then mix flour and knead a soft dough..add water if required. Lk i0o

    Cover the dough and allow it to ferment for 7 hrs

    Divide dough in to equal lemon sized balls lk s and roll in to thick puris

  4. 4

    Then heat oil in kadhai..and fry purist on high flame till golden brown from both sides

  5. 5

    Servr hot with tea or green Chutney
