Eggless Chocolate Banana Muffins

Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a muffin pan by coating with liners.
Mix the boiling water and cocoa powder in a bowl to form a smooth paste.Blend the bananas,sugar,milk, oil, vanilla extract and keep aside.

In other bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to combine.
Add the wet banana mixture to the dry ingredients and fold the mixture to form batter. Do not over mix or beat it. Add the cocoa paste and mix until the batter is relatively smooth. Fold in half of the chopped chocolate. - 3
Fill the prepared muffin tins to 2/3rd and sprinkle the chopped chocolate and any colored sprinkles you want to use.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
